Teresa Davis joined AgeWell Solvere in 2024, bringing with her over 12 years of experience as an Executive Director at an Assisted Living and Memory Care center. She also has 1.5 years of experience as a Director of Operations, overseeing four Assisted Living communities and one Independent Living community. In her role as Area Director of Operations, Teresa is committed to ensuring that residents live in a comfortable, safe environment while being treated with love and respect.
Teresa’s career in senior living began unexpectedly with a random call offering a position, but since then, she has never looked back. Her passion is to help seniors live fulfilling lives in environments where they feel safe, loved, and respected. She values AgeWell Solvere’s core beliefs, which focus on both the residents and the team members, and sees this as a defining aspect of the organization.
